Plans and billing

Every plan includes the full DPPLogic preparation workflow. Professional and Business add team, bulk and governance tools, and hold more products, team seats, product families and suppliers. Business has the same tools as Professional, with higher limits. Requirement sets on every plan: textiles and apparel, and iron and steel (preparation stage), and batteries (research stage, not complete regulatory coverage).

Every plan includes

  • Organisation workspace with owner, admin, manager, contributor and viewer roles
  • Products and DPP preparation with a readiness workflow
  • Requirements and gaps, actions, owners and follow-ups
  • Supplier and manufacturer information tracking (you send requests yourself and record them)
  • Evidence references (links and notes) with human review
  • Passport dataset preparation and approved passport datasets (not published)
  • JSON and CSV exports
  • Change management and a change history for every record

Professional and Business add

  • Catalogue import. Create and update products from a CSV file, with every row checked and shown before anything changes.
  • Independent review. Optionally require a second person to accept evidence, product facts, passport reviews and passport dataset approvals.
  • Multi-product supplier requests. Ask one supplier or manufacturer about up to 25 products in a single request, with each item tracked separately.
  • Supplier response import. Record supplier answers from a CSV file as proposals that wait for review.
  • Secure supplier response links. Share a secure link so a supplier or manufacturer can answer the requested items without a DPPLogic account. Their answers wait for your review.
  • Bulk work. Assign, reschedule and route review work for up to 100 items at once, seeing every change before it is made.
  • Audit trail export. Export how each product's dataset was prepared and reviewed: values, evidence, decisions, people and dates.

  • Runtime AI processing of your product or evidence data
  • Document upload, storage or OCR
  • Automatic email to suppliers or team members
  • Supplier accounts, supplier sign-in or a supplier portal
  • Public passport hosting, QR codes or a resolver
  • Submission to an EU passport registry
  • Customer API or integrations
  • Single sign-on (SSO)
  • Automatic regulatory monitoring
