Current staging behaviour
- No readiness answer is sent to a server by the application.
- No email is required to calculate or view a score.
- The contact form is disabled.
- No CRM, email, payment or advertising platform is connected.
- No customer accounts or private documents are accepted.
Required before production data collection
- Identify the real legal entity, controller contact and applicable purposes.
- Document data categories, legal bases, consent where appropriate and retention.
- Map processors, transfers, hosting, email, CRM, AI and analytics providers.
- Implement access, correction, export and deletion procedures.
- Protect private documents and tenant data with tested permissions.
- Review cookies, telemetry and consent in every launched language.
Do not claim privacy compliance from plugin installation
A consent or security plugin cannot by itself establish GDPR or other privacy compliance. Compliance depends on the real processing, legal basis, transparency, contracts, retention, security, rights handling and operating practice.
